Senior Residential Appraiser

Travis Central Appraisal District is seeking a Senior Residential Appraiser to serve as a technical expert within our Residential division. In this role, you will handle complex appraisals, including high-value, unique, and multi-unit properties, perform quality reviews, mentor fellow appraisers, and represent the District in informal meetings and Appraisal Review Board hearings on high-profile cases. The ideal candidate brings fee or mass appraisal experience, strong knowledge of USPAP and the Texas Property Tax Code, and the professionalism to explain and defend values with confidence.
