Land AG Appraiser

Description

Travis Central Appraisal District is seeking a Land/AG Appraiser to collect data, analyze markets, and value land across Travis County. You'll inspect vacant and improved parcels, maintain land tables and adjustments, review special appraisal applications, and advise our residential and commercial teams on land valuation best practices. This role also involves educating property owners, defending values at appeal hearings, and supporting litigation and arbitration with data and analysis. Fee or mass appraisal experience is required, and applicants must hold or be able to obtain RPA registration within five years.
