Appraisal Relations Specialist

Description

Travis Central Appraisal District is seeking an Appraisal Relations Specialist to serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for property owners, tax professionals, attorneys, and the public. This role answers questions about appraisal methods, appraised vs. assessed value, and Texas Property Tax Code requirements. It also processes and audits Chapter 11 exemption applications, conducts field and desktop checks, and represents the District at Appraisal Review Board hearings. The position also supports the valuation departments and helps train customer service staff.
