Description

The Residential Appraisal Manager plans and directs the work of residential appraisers and support staff, helping lead the appraisal of residential property across Travis County. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Residential Appraisal, this position oversees departmental workloads, staff training and performance, appraisal quality, and operations during the ARB (protest) season. Qualified candidates will have a college degree (relevant experience may substitute), at least five years of management experience including mass appraisal, and RPA registration with TDLR or the ability to earn it within five years.
