Under the direction of the Exemptions Team Lead, this position is responsible for processing and reviewing property tax exemption applications for real and personal property in accordance with Chapter 11 of the Texas Property Tax Code.

Key responsibilities include reviewing exemption documentation, generating determination letters, responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with TCAD policy and state law.
