Travis CAD Named 2025 Greater Austin Top Workplace

The Travis Central Appraisal District has been named a 2025 Top Workplace in the greater Austin area. This is the third consecutive year that TCAD has received the honor.

The Top Workplaces list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage  LLC. The confidential survey measures the employee experience, including employees’ feelings of respect and support, being enabled to grow, and being empowered to execute.

“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That’s something to be proud of.
