Anderson Lane office Property owners seeking a special valuation for an agricultural use, including Wildlife Management, or reporting any changes to their current agricultural use are required to submit a completed application for 1-d-1 (Open Space) Agricultural Use Appraisal (Form 50-129).  Wildlife management application submissions must also include a TPWD – Wildlife Management Plan (Form PWD 885). Form 50-129 agricultural applications should be timely filed for the current tax year by April 30.

The application(s) and supporting documentation may be submitted as one document, in pdf format, and as shown on our website, to [email protected].  Multiple attachments may be submitted [application(s) and supporting documents].  Individual photo images of the application pages (i.e., png, jpegs, etc.), third-party download links, flash drives or CDs will not be accepted.  Hard copy submissions should be an 8 ½ x 11 scannable document with no loose receipts, photos, etc.  TCAD cannot guarantee email confirmation receipts of the applications; if you require confirmation, we suggest submitting by a delivery confirmation service of your choice or hand-delivering to:
