Property owners who have received a special valuation approval for a beekeeping agricultural use or who are building history to qualify in a future year are required to submit a Beekeeping Annual Survey with supporting documentation. The deadline to submit the Beekeeping Annual Survey (reporting the prior year’s activities) for the current tax year is February 2, 2026.

The survey and supporting documentation can be submitted electronically as one document, in pdf format, and as shown on our website to [email protected]. Individual photo images of the survey pages (i.e., png, jpegs, etc.), third-party download links, flash drives or CDs will not be accepted. Hard copies may be timely delivered to our office if you are unable to submit the form in the required format in its entirety. Hard copy submissions should be an 8 ½ x 11 scannable documents, with no loose receipts, photos, etc. TCAD cannot guarantee email confirmation receipt of the survey. If you require confirmation, we suggest submitting your survey using a delivery confirmation service of your choice or hand delivery to:
