The deadline to submit the Wildlife Management Annual Report (WMAR) and supporting documentation is February 29.
Property owners who have received a special valuation for wildlife management use approval are required to submit a completed Wildlife Management Annual Report (Form PWD-888), with supporting documentation, detailing the wildlife management activities performed for the previous tax year.

It is preferred the WMAR and supporting documentation is submitted electronically as one document in pdf format to [email protected]. Hard copy submissions should be an 8 ½ x 11 scannable document, with no loose receipts, photos, etc. Flash drives or CDs will not be accepted. TCAD cannot confirm receipt of the annual reports; if you require confirmation, we suggest submitting by a delivery confirmation service of your choice or hand delivery to:
