Notice is hereby given that a special panel of the Travis County Appraisal Review Board will meet at 1:00 pm Tuesday, June 19, 2018 to conduct a hearing on the Challenge Petition filed by the Travis County Municipal Utility District (MUD) No. 3 challenging the charitable exemption of Lots 2 and 3, Block B Barton Creek Section E Phase 2, commonly known as 2500 Barton Creek Blvd., Austin Texas, 78735 (Account Nos. 713496 and 713497) and Lot 1 Block A Barton Creek ABC Midsection, commonly known as 8701 Chalk Knoll Dr., Austin, Texas 78735 ( Account No. 437815). The meeting will be held at the offices of the Travis Central Appraisal District in the ARB panel rooms 2 and 3.
